Installation Preparation
1. Carefully count all components according to the loading and packing list.
2. Check whether the components are damaged, bent and twisted, and whether the zinc layer is damaged.
3. The label on each section of the rod body indicates the type, order number and number of sections of the rod body. The weight of the rod body is marked with a colored pen on the inner side of the rod body. Check whether the delivery is correct and whether the crane lifting capacity is sufficient.
4. Mark the rod body according to the maximum and minimum socket length provided on the drawing for socket connection.
Assembly
1. Each splice shall be provided with a socket length. However, due to the influence of manufacturing and installation errors and physical factors, there are changes in the socket length, so the maximum socket length and the minimum socket length shall be provided.
2. In order to facilitate installation, it may be necessary to lubricate the mating surface. Note that lubricating oil shall not be used to prevent leakage and contamination of the rod body. Soapy water can be used to lubricate the inner and outer surfaces of the socket connection.
3. During socket connection, necessary force shall be applied at both ends to obtain tight socket connection.
In the rectangular inner cavity at the bottom of the lifting high pole lamp, in addition to the electrical control system, the lifting system such as motor is also installed. The electrical control system is installed inside the lamp pole to avoid the failure of lifting movement caused by harsh outdoor environment. Various circuit overload protection devices are set in the electrical control system.
